Golf Fun and More
Today, we went to the driving range as a family. Josiah and I watched Daddy and Caleb hit golf balls. Josiah did get in a little practice time as well after a quick nap. Being pregnant, I chose to refrain from hitting shag balls. Caleb loves playing golf and it's so much fun watching him practice.
Here are a few things about the boys:
*Josiah likes to walk backwards.
*Today, Caleb mentioned that he had seen a dragonfly in the baptist swimming pool (a.k.a. the baptismal pool at church). We had a good laugh over that one.
*Josiah likes to twirl, spinning around in a circle.
*We signed Caleb up for baseball again for the spring. He will actually be trying out this year to see what level he will be playing.
*Josiah wants to do anything Caleb does. If Caleb is loud, Josiah will be loud. If Caleb tries to throw food in the air and catch it in his mouth, Josiah has to try it. If Caleb wants to sit in a chair, Josiah wants to sit right next to him. If Caleb is doing school, Josiah wants his own paper and pencil (not crayon) for school. You get the idea.
*Caleb is doing very well in second grade.
*We are finally getting around to having Josiah's haircut this week.
*Caleb's second lizard named Pumpkin has been living for almost 2 weeks.
*Josiah is cutting his bottom molars.
*Caleb along with Bailey's help, killed a mouse trying to enter our backyard tonight. I was inside the house watching and screaming from the window and grossing out at the same time. Dinner wasn't too appealing after that. With Kerry at church, I was very thankful for a brave son and dog to take care of that mouse.
